Shayan Habibi

My introduction to the health sphere was as a teenager, dealing with severe hormonal fluctuations and PMS symptoms.  Due to incorrect health recommendations, and being diagnosed as having PCOS, I was prescribed the birth control pill and my health deteriorated further.  I started delving into holistic health and nutrition over 20 years ago to figure out my various symptoms including fatigue, weight fluctuations, mood changes, and GI issues.  Some ideas worked better than others but all were temporary.  Everything eventually stopped working and I would be back to square one.  I tried every diet under the sun including low carb, carnivore, fodmap, gluten free, dairy free, keto, vegan, etc.  In my lifetime I have owned and used various healing modalities including IV therapies, nutritional supplements, ionic foot baths, ozone therapy and EBOO, HBOT, coffee enemas, parasite cleanses, heavy metal chelation, IR sauna, several frequency devices (Amp-Coil, AO scanner, Photon Sound Beam), colon hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage massage, etc.  I ended up spending upwards of 100K just to feel better and be able to participate in daily life.  In 2020 my health took a turn for the worse leaving me bed bound for a few months.  Shortly thereafter, I discovered the work of Dr. Raymond Peat through Danny Roddy’s Generative Energy podcast.  I started applying Ray’s research on physiology, energy balance and metabolism to my daily life and slowly started to feel better and achieve the best metabolic health I have ever experienced.  In early 2024, I met Dodie Anderson who helped me fine tune my knowledge and understanding of Ray’s work even further.  It is now my passion to help others achieve optimum health through proper nutrition.
