Sauteed Halibut


(or other white fish)

EQUIPMENT

Medium frying pan


INGREDIENTS

Serving of halibut

1 Tsp or 1 Tbsp butter, depending on size of fish serving


COOKING TIME

5-10 minutes


METHOD

On medium low heat, saute fish in melted butter until it breaks apart with a fork.  Delicious!

 


COMMENTS

You do not have to bake fish.  

You could also cook cod or flounder but halibut has more flavor!
