Medium bowl
Electric beater
INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites, pastured (read label on egg carton)
Apple puree, very cold
Custard sauce
PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME
Prep time: Prepare ahead of time: Custard Sauce and Apple Puree
Or, you can use store bought apple puree without citric or ascorbic acid preservatives.
Cooking time: approximately 10 minutes
METHOD
Beat two egg whites until stiff.
Gently fold in cold apple puree so as not to deflate stiff egg whites.
Pour into a serving bowl.
Top with custard sauce.
YIELD
Serves 2

Eat as a snack or for dessert.
