Melted Egg Cheese Scramble

EQUIPMENT
Small frying pan
Small bowl
Whisk
Spatula
INGREDIENTS
1 egg, pastured (read label on egg carton)
1 oz/2-3 Tbsp hard cheese
Splash of milk
Pat of butter
Optional: Pickling salt
PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
METHOD
Whisk egg in bowl and set aside.
Grease the pan with a pat of butter.
Add cheese to pan with a splash of milk and mix until cheese melts.
Pour whisked egg into the pan and scramble until done.
Season to taste, adding salt if desired.
SOME TIPS AND COMMENTS
Avoid using a non-stick pan.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Enjoy with a glass of fresh, sweet and strained orange juice, grape juice or fresh fruit and a cup of coffee with sugar and cream/milk.
