SOME TIPS AND COMMENTS
Coffee is good at waking up the metabolism. The caffeine in it is really beneficial for you if you use it properly. If you are jittery after drinking coffee, it means that you are not storing enough sugar or fuel. The caffeine stimulates your metabolic rate so you have more energy but to use more energy, you need more fuel. To provide needed fuel, your body releases adrenaline which reaches out for any excess sugar it can find and this can make you feel shaky. If you can drink coffee at night and not be woken up or kept awake by the caffeine, your body is storing enough sugar in your liver.
Coffee is full of nutrients (magnesium, potassium and B-6), and when consumed in balance with milk, sugar, protein and fat, it makes a complete snack.
