Meat with Mushrooms

EQUIPMENT

Frying pan


INGREDIENTS

Organ meat or shellfish or muscle meat    

Butter    

Coconut oil (92 degrees) 

Prepared mushrooms

Pickling salt to taste


PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME

Prep time:  1-3 hours for mushroom prep (see our BASIC MUSHROOM PREPARATION recipe)

Cooking time:  15-30 minutes


METHOD

1. Melt equal amounts of butter and coconut oil in a saucepan big enough for the volume of meat you have.

2. Saute meat or shellfish.

3. Add cooked mushrooms and serve.


YIELD

Depends on the volume cooked.


SERVING SUGGESTION
Enjoy alone or in combination with a carbohydrate like fruit, fruit juice or a sweet dessert to keep sugar levels stable.  


STORAGE SUGGESTION

Eat immediately.
