Sauteed Liver

EQUIPMENT

Frying pan


INGREDIENTS

1 serving liver

1 tsp - 2 tsp butter

½ cup broth

Salt to taste


PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME

Prep time:  Approximately 5 minutes

Cooking time:  5-10 minutes, depending on how you like your liver


METHOD

1. Cut up the raw liver into bite-sized squares.

2. Saute liver in melted butter and remove from pan when cooked.

2. Add broth to the pan and whisk till you have a nice sauce.

3. Add salt.  

3. Pour sauce over liver and serve.


SERVING SUGGESTION

You could serve the liver on potatoes or mushrooms.
