Milk Haters Special Milkshake

Glass
Spoon for mixing
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups milk (1% recommended for adults to keep fat content low)
PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME
Prep time: 5 minutes
METHOD
Pour cold milk into a glass.
Add desired amounts of any of the following:
Maple syrup (light color)
Pure cane sugar
Honey (best if combined from many sources)
Cinnamon (according to tolerance)
Vanilla
Coffee
Cocoa (will need to be mixed in blender or stand mixer to dissolve)
Stir until all ingredients are completely dissolved.
Sip and enjoy.
SOME TIPS AND COMMENTS
This recipe is designed to assist with consuming adequate milk each day for those who are not fond of the taste of milk. You can add any of the flavors with or without sugar. The secret is to add anything you like so it does not taste like milk.
Frothing milk will change the texture and make it more delicious, like a cappuccino.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Enjoy cold or you could warm the milk, especially if you are adding cocoa.
STORAGE SUGGESTION
Will keep well in the fridge but best to drink when freshly made.
